Bibb Technology Consulting
About

Senior IT leadership, without the enterprise overhead.

Bibb Technology Consulting is a three-person specialist firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We work with small and mid-size businesses that have outgrown duct-tape IT but aren't ready to staff a full department — and who suspect (correctly) that AI should be doing more of the work than it currently is.

What we believe

  1. Most SMB IT problems are integration problems. The tools are fine. The gaps between them aren't.
  2. AI's biggest near-term impact isn't building new apps — it's eliminating the operational toil inside existing ones. That's where we focus.
  3. You should always know what you're paying for. Fixed-price Starts, transparent retainers, no surprise invoices.

Partner, Sales

Daniel Green

Daniel leads sales and is usually your first conversation with the firm. His job isn't to close you — it's to figure out, quickly and honestly, which of our two packages actually fits your problem. If neither does, he'll tell you that too.

Dane Fulton
Partner, Growth & Marketing

Dane Fulton

Dane leads marketing and growth. He brings hands-on operator experience from marketplace and e-commerce operations — the kind of high-volume, systems-heavy environment our clients live in every day.

Depth in: Growth marketing, marketplace operations, sales operations.

How we think about engagements

We don't have a sales team trying to upsell you. We have a partner (Daniel) whose job is to be the first honest conversation you have about your situation — including telling you when we're not the right fit. From there, every engagement we take starts as a fixed-price Start: a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear deliverable that's valuable whether or not you hire us for the next phase.

If the Start surfaces ongoing work, we'll propose a retainer. If it surfaces a one-off custom build, we'll scope it. If it surfaces that you're already in good shape, we'll tell you that too.
