For businesses standing up a fresh Azure or AWS footprint — or cleaning up one that grew organically and now needs structure.

  • Landing zone setup (Azure Management Groups or AWS Control Tower) with subscription / account structure for production and non-production
  • Identity and access (Entra ID / IAM) with MFA on every privileged account and role-based access for your team
  • Baseline networking (VNet / VPC, subnets, security groups) with public/private separation
  • Logging, monitoring, and alerting with sensible defaults you can extend
  • FinOps baseline: budgets, billing alerts, tagging policy, and a cost dashboard so the bill doesn't sneak up on you
  • Written runbook so your team knows what's there and how to operate it

Covers a single organization with up to five member accounts. Larger account fleets, federation with an external identity provider (Google Workspace, Okta), and compliance-retention storage (WORM / Object Lock) are quoted as fixed-price add-ons on top of the tier.
